How to share a product on another medium?

To share your product on another medium like the website or social channels, Chumchat will provide a shareable link to your product. You can use this reference link while promoting your product to drive visitors to your chatbot.

Step 1: Select Menu on the top-left corner of the page

Step 2: Select the Ecommerce section,

Step 3: On your product list, click the three-dots button from the product you need to get the shareable link.

Step 4: Start using this shareable link on another medium where you are using this product.
