Welcome Message

The first message (grey color) on the right side image, is the welcome message triggered by the Messenger chatbot automatically when a new subscriber enters your business inbox.

Let’s how can you set the welcome message for your chatbot.

First, create a welcome message flow and publish it.

Now navigate to Menu > Settings > General > Welcome Message.

Here, on the welcome message column select the drop-down and choose the flow which you created already for welcoming your subscribers.

That is it. Your welcome message will show to the subscribers when they enter your business page inbox for the first time.

You can use any formats like text, image, video, gif, even audio to welcome your subscribers.
